We have a wealth of experience dealing with investigations and enquiries into Health and Safety incidents. Paull & Williamsons represented Occidental in relation to the Piper Alpha Inquiry and Odeco in the Ocean Odyssey Inquiry. We handled the subsequent damages claims in both cases. We regularly represent employers and other duty holders in Fatal Accident Inquiries and criminal prosecutions following accidents at work. Whilst we have developed a particular affinity with the offshore oil and gas industry over the years we also have a large client base from other sectors including, construction, engineering, transport and farming.

As part of our consultancy service we will review documents and assist you with the development of an effective safety management system. We aim to keep you up to date on important changes in this area of law through regular updates. We also offer a range of seminars and tutorials to develop your understanding of Health and Safety duties and responsibilities.
