The Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006 - A Practical Guide for Employers

This seminar will deal with the implications of the most significant change to employment law since the introduction of unfair dismissal being age discrimination. These Regulations will affect every employer of any size and will provide a raft of potential rights to all employees and certain self-employed individuals. The Regulations affect all aspects of the employment relationship from recruitment and selection, pay and benefits through to termination of employment. Delegates will be provided with practical guidance as to how to implement this new legislation within their businesses.

* Invoices shall be issued following attendance at a seminar session. Please note that, unfortunately, this charge cannot be cancelled once a place has been booked.
