After initially meeting or discussing our clients' ideals and intentions we consider and advise on how best to structure any transaction and what documentation and contractual structure is likely to be required. We believe that early consultation and correct preparation enhance the likelihood of success.

We work with you to consider strategy and to construct the contract framework liaising with our opposite number and their clients. Although based in Aberdeen we frequently travel to the central belt of Scotland (and elsewhere) to work through the details of any contracts.
