Dave Geddie and his team will look after your interests throughout the transaction. Your property will be marketed at Simpson & Marwick’s new property shop at 4 Alford Place. Your property will also be marketed on the aberdeenprimeproperty.com website and linked to the Aberdeen Solicitors Property Centre website in the same way as it is at present.
I have title deeds stored at Paull & Williamsons. Will they remain at Paull & Williamsons?
If you have a mortgage on a property, the title deeds are held by the mortgage provider. If you own the property outright with no mortgage, the title deeds will continue to be retained by us until such time as you come to sell your house, or instruct us otherwise.
I have a Will/Power of Attorney which is stored at Paull & Williamsons. Will this remain at Paull & Williamsons?

The home rentals department of Paull & Williamsons has been transferred to Simpson Brebner & Partners. The business will continue to operate from the existing premises at 1 Huntly Street, Aberdeen meantime. All future maintenance issues should continue to be directed to the Huntly Street office. Rent cheques should be made payable to Simpson Brebner & Partners for rent due after 3 March 2008. Rents paid by standing order should be changed so that they are paid to Simpson Brebner & Partners. Forms are available, should you require, at our Huntly Street office. The new telephone number is 01224 625141.
