What Happens Once I Qualify?

Our aim is to recruit trainees who will remain as lawyers with Paull & Williamsons in the longer term. A third of our present partners joined the firm as trainees. We believe our commitment to our trainees is exemplified by the number of trainees who continue with us when they qualify.
