Lester is head of our Intellectual Property and Technology Unit and a partner in our Corporate Division with a background in general corporate and commercial contractual work.  Members of the Intellectual Property and Technology Team advise on all areas of intellectual property law including:

• IP evaluation, acquisition and disposal;
• proprietary information and trade secrets;
• television programming and distribution;

• e-commerce (including website design commissions, domain name registration, transfer and disputes);
