Ken is a partner in our Litigation Division.  He specialises in commercial litigation and deals with all aspects of commercial work. He represents a diverse range of clients in a wide range of areas including:-

• contract disputes;
• delict;
• property disputes;
• debt recovery;
• insolvency.

Ken has significant experience of dispute resolution by means of mediation, arbitration and court proceedings.

Ken is dual qualified, being on the Roll of Solicitors for England and Wales.
