Areas of Specialism and Expertise
Stuart is a partner in our Employment Division. Stuart has many years of experience of acting for companies and senior staff in relation to all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law. In addition to his commercial experience as a partner in private practice, Stuart was previously Head of Legal Affairs for the Commission for Racial Equality in Scotland and has a depth of knowledge of discrimination law and litigation. Stuart is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Discrimination Law.
Other Roles
Stuart sits on the Law Society of Scotland Discrimination Law Accreditation Panel. He is a member of the Scottish Discrimination Lawyers Association Management Committee and the Law Society of Scotland Diversity and Equality Committee. Stuart is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personal Development.
