Geoff is a member of the firm`s specialist Employment Law Division. He advises on all areas of employment law and regularly represents clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings, including cases relating to unfair dismissal, breach of contract and discrimination.
Other roles
Geoff has tutored on the LL.B programme at the Law School at the University of Aberdeen and the LL.M in Employment Law and Practice at the Robert Gordon University and has also contributed articles to legal periodicals. He is a member of the Employment Law Group of the Law Society of Scotland and the Employment Lawyers Association.
