David is a partner in our Commercial Property Division.  He deals with all aspects of commercial property work including:-

• acquisitions;
• disposals;
• related security work;
• purchase and sale of farms, land and estates, salmon fishings and other rural properties;
• purchase, sale and letting of licensed premises.

Other Roles

Partner responsible (jointly with Gordon Davidson) for compliance with Money Laundering Regulations 2003 and Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.
