Bruce is a partner in our Oil & Gas Division and listed in Chambers UK - A Client`s Guide to the Legal Profession as a leader in his field.  His recent transactions include

• Acting for Shell in the transportation and processing deal to bring gas from Norwegian fields into the Segal system.
• Acting for BP in the financing of a third party owned FPSO
• Acting for Maersk in relation to infrastructure negotiations
• Acting for Talisman in relation to its FCA gas transportation negotiations
• Acting for Silverstone in its innovative multi-well  farm-in deal with ConocoPhillips and BP
• Acting for Silverstone in its acquisition of AIM listed Granby Oil and Gas plc 
• Acting for several junior independents in the acquisition and disposal of Production Licence interests

Bruce is a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators.

Before joining the firm, Bruce spent eight years at BP, latterly as the commercial manager responsible for negotiations, economics and hydrocarbon accounting for several producing fields and associated infrastructure.
