Alan is chairman of the firm and a partner in our Corporate Division.  He deals with all aspects of corporate and business law including:-

• acquisitions, mergers and disposals;
• corporate finance and investment;
• MBO’s;
• reconstructions, work-outs and administrations;
• corporate insolvency, and advice to directors and stakeholders.

As a registered Insolvency Practitioner, Alan also heads the firm’s Insolvency and Corporate Recovery Unit.

He features in Chambers UK - A Client`s Guide to the Legal Profession as a leader in his field.
