Gary Chapman and Colin McKenzie have been appointed as Senior Associates within the Corporate Group, and Jennifer Gardner and Jennifer Hunter have been appointed as associates within the Dispute Resolution Group at the firm’s offices at Union Plaza, Aberdeen.

Gary and Colin deal with all aspects of corporate law including, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, equity investments, reorganisations and business start-ups.

Jennifer Hunter specialises in commercial litigation and deals with all aspects of contract and property disputes, insolvency, debt recovery and personal injury. She has in-depth experience of dispute resolution by means of arbitration and court proceedings.

Jennifer Gardner has several years’ experience advising clients on all aspects of employment law. She represents clients regularly at Employment Tribunals and in the Sheriff Court and also provides interactive training to clients. Jennifer is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
