Managing Counsel for Exploration and Production at Shell (UK) Ltd, David Isenegger, will deliver a talk on “Dispute Resolution in the Oil & Gas industries – a user’s view” at the next meeting of the newly formed Northern Chapter of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Scottish Branch.
The event will take place at 5.30pm on Tuesday 28th April at the offices of Paull & Williamsons at Union Plaza, Aberdeen.
Paull & Williamsons Consultant, Chris Arnold, who is a founder member of the Northern Chapter Committee is pleased to welcome the Institute to Union Plaza. Chris Arnold commented, “The Chartered Institute is a multidisciplinary organisation and is able to reach out to many different professions and industries. We felt that a talk focussing on the Oil & Gas Industries was appropriate in Aberdeen, and we are fortunate to have secured the services of such an eminent speaker as David Isenegger.”
The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, with a global membership of around 12,000 individuals (some 300 in Scotland), is the world’s leading professional body for promoting the settlement of disputes by arbitration, mediation and other private dispute resolution methods.
The Northern Chapter was recently formed to represent the specific needs of Chartered Institute members in the North of Scotland and its programme of talks and events aims to cover relevant topics
