Access Rights under the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003

Planning and environmental lawyer, Caroline Nixon, will be speaking at the Pan Highland Access Forum Conference this week at the Highland Council Chamber in Inverness.  The conference which takes place once a year, will be held on Friday 9th May.

Caroline will deliver a paper which examines the recent case law on Access Rights under the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003, namely the Gloag, Snowie and Tuley cases.  Caroline will also comment on the role of the Scottish Outdoor Code.
